We use Royal Mail, so you should receive the manual very quickly but it is subject to demand so please allow 28 days delivery.

Yes.
What is on the CD?
The CD contains the manual hundreds of letters and forms that you can personalise to suit your needs.

Are all of the letters printed in the Manual?
No, there is little point as you would want to personalise them with your details first.
